PLACING AN ORDER

You may place your order by e-mail, phone or fax. In addition to your name, complete shipping/ mailing address , phone number, postal/ zip code, please include product name, number, and quantity. You may pay by VISA, or MASTERCARD . We recommend you DO NOT provide credit card information by email.

U.S. CUSTOMERS: U.S. Customs requires that you provide either your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number for any textile order, regardless of quantity or price. For purchases other than textiles this information is not usually required unless the order value exceeds US $2000.00; however, US Customs has the legal authority to ask for either number on any and all imported goods. To avoid possible delays, you may choose to provide either number regardless of what you order, or its value. If you choose not to provide us with the information, you may be contacted by the carrier, and be asked to provide it.

TAXES & DUTIES

Canadian residents: 7% PST for residents of B.C.

U.S. residents: taxes and duties on fabric, wallpapers and borders are prepaid.

LIGHTING

Prices are posted on each page. Lighting and woodworking orders require a 40% deposit; balance on completion. Lamps and furniture qualify under current NAFTA rules to be

U.S. duty free.

Please remember all the fabrics and wallpapers are made in and shipped from the United Kingdom. Once a product's availability is established, and an order placed, a customer can expect to receive his or her goods within 5 to 10 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on quantity ordered and location.

SAMPLES- Fabrics, Wallpapers and Borders. We encourage customers to order samples. Sample sizes are 10.2 cm (4") x 12.7 cm (5") and cost, postage included, $3.00 each.

RETURNS- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF WALLPAPERS, BORDERS OR FABRIC.

ABOUT OUR SAMPLES: ALTHOUGH WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR CUSTOMERS VIEW A SAMPLE OF A PARTICULAR WALLPAPER OR FABRIC WE WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SAMPLE WE PROVIDE MAY NOT COLOUR MATCH PRECISELY WITH THE MAKER'S CURRENT STOCK. WE HAVE BEEN ASSURED HOWEVER, THAT ALTHOUGH A SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PATTERN BATCHES OR DYE LOTS IS NORMAL THIS DIFFERENCE SHOULD NOT EFFECT THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE PATTERN.
