SHIPPING- Fabrics, Wallpapers and Borders.

Please remember all the fabrics and wallpapers are made in and shipped from the United Kingdom. Once a product's availability is established, and an order placed, a customer can expect to receive his or her goods within 15 to 21 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on quantity ordered and location.

SAMPLES- Fabrics, Wallpapers and Borders. We encourage customers to order samples. Sample sizes are 10.2 cm (4") x 12.7 cm (5") and cost, postage included, $3.00 each.

RETURNS- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF WALLPAPERS, BORDERS OR FABRIC.

ABOUT OUR SAMPLES: ALTHOUGH WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR CUSTOMERS VIEW A SAMPLE OF A PARTICULAR WALLPAPER OR FABRIC WE WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SAMPLE WE PROVIDE MAY NOT COLOUR MATCH PRECISELY WITH THE MAKER'S CURRENT STOCK. WE HAVE BEEN ASSURED HOWEVER, THAT ALTHOUGH A SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PATTERN BATCHES OR DYE LOTS IS NORMAL THIS DIFFERENCE SHOULD NOT EFFECT THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE PATTERN. YOU MAY ORDER SAMPLES BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND OF COURSE THE PATTERN NAME AND NUMBER.

PLACING AN ORDER

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 6, 2010:

A 50% DEPOSIT is now required on all SANDERSON/ MORRIS fabric and wallpaper orders.

You may start the ordering process by email, but personal information, and in particular credit card information, should not be provided by email. Instead, please complete your order by telephone --provide a phone number and we will contact you--or by fax. We accept credit card payment by VISA and MASTERCARD.

U.S. CUSTOMERS: U.S. Customs requires that you provide either your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number for any textile order, regardless of quantity or price. For purchases other than textiles this information is not usually required unless the order value exceeds US $2000.00; however, US Customs has the legal authority to ask for either number on any and all imported goods. To avoid possible delays, you may choose to provide either number regardless of what you order, or its value. If you choose not to provide us with the information, you may be contacted by the carrier, and be asked to provide it.
